1. How does it work?
You choose your device type, brand, model, damage and submit your inquiry along with your information. We receive your order, one of us accepts the job and come to repair your device at your address. Our technicians can offer you another date and time due to availabilities.

2. When do I pay?
The payment is not required at the time of submission. You can pay before or after the repair. Payment cannot be delayed more than 24 hours from the service time.

3. What type of payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple/Samsung pay, Paypal, cash and business checks.

4. Is there charge if the phone is not repairable?
There is no charge if we cannot repair your device, but if you decide not to repair it after the technician took your phone a part, $40 diagnosis fee can be applied.

5. Where are you located?
We are located at 361 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA 02141. You can also visit us at Emerald Square Mall 2nd floor, iFixPhones store.

6. Where do you fix devices?
We mostly repair them in our cars, but for some devices we might repair it at customer’s home/office or take the device with us to our office, repair and deliver it once it is all done.

7. How long does it take to repair a device?
Most of the repairs are done within 30 minutes, but some of them can go up to couple hours. We suggest a “pickup&delivery” if the repair estimate is more than 2 hours.

8. Do you charge hourly rates on top of the labor?
No, we do not charge hourly rates unless the repair time is estimated more than 2 hours.

9. Do you only repair phones?
No! We do repair almost every electronic device, phone, tablet, computer, iWatch, iPod and more. We repair almost every brand that is out there if the replacement parts are available.

10. Do you repair water damage phones?
Yes, we do repair water damages phones and computers. The time might take up to 2 weeks in some cases to repair the device depending on a level of a damage.

11. Do you do data recovery even if the device is not repairable?
Yes, we can extract your information from not repairable phone and upload them to a flash drive. This process can take up to 10 days. We schedule a pickup time, and deliver the phone along with the information after it is done.

12. What are the hours of operation?
We are serving our customers 7 days a week from 10 am to 9 pm. Holidays and special day hours may vary.
